Our conference is quickly approaching. Thank you to all of the people that attended our vendor show last year, and we hope to see several new faces this year. Attached is our vendor form and registration link. Please reach out with any questions you have.
VENDOR PACKAGE OPTIONS:
Platinum Sponsorship – $4,000
10’x20′ wall space or endcap
2 – 8′ tables and 4 chairs
Your company will receive prominent ad/logo placement on the OKSOA web site, Social Media Exposure, and Conference E-Program/mobile application.
Your company will be provided with a list of contact information from atendees who volunteer their information when they register.
Invitation to Instructor/Sponsor reception to be held at on-site location. Time and location TBD.

Your company’s logo will be strategically placed on the OKSOA website, some social media exposure, and Conference E-Program Ad.

Interior Vehicle Space – $1,000
Price is based on the length of the vehicle or trailer.
If you are bringing a vehicle/trailer you will need to arrive Saturday September 30th.

2 Atendees per Table (2 Table Purchase MAX and they will be next to each other)

Payment may be made by check or Credit Card.
If you are a SPONSOR or Vehicle Space and paying by check, please complete your online registration and select “Check” on the payment page.

FAQs
“What’s my booth number / Can I pick my spot?” OKSOA assigns all spaces, and while special requests will be considered, they are not guaranteed. Table and booth assignments will be sent out in September 2023. Your patience is appreciated!
“Can we contribute to the Raffle Table / Giveaways?” YES!!
“Can we get a list of atendees?” If you are a Platinum or Conference Sponsor, a list can be provided upon request. It is not exhaustive. It contains only the names of those atendees who consented to providing their email addresses.
ABSOLUTELY NO LIVE / LOOSE AMMO is allowed in the Vendor Show. Ammunition displays must be contained in packaging or casing that prevents it from being digitally manipulated. Feel free to utilize dummy / inert rounds or empty brass.
